A Herrodian Oil Lamp with the Distinctive Classic Pattern of Ovoli and Dots and an Inverted Lily on the Nozzle

DESCRIPTION:

A Herrodian mould made oil lamp from the region of Southern region of Daroma in the Judean region, light clay, double ring base, knob handle. The discus of the oil lamp contains a band of dots and Ovolo (egg shapes) around the filling hole and an inverted Lily on the nozzle.
